- Assist clients in choosing the right property investment
- Conduct online and onsite property viewings
- Provide updated pricing, inventory, and payment options
- Build and manage your own client database
- Ideal for self-starters with excellent communication skills
Digital Marketing Assistant
Part-time or Full-time / Remote-friendly
Part-time or Full-time / Remote-friendly
- Manage online listings and property promotions
- Create content for social media and email campaigns
- Track online inquiries and coordinate with the sales team
- Familiarity with Canva, Facebook Ads, and basic SEO is a plus
Client Support Associate
Full-time / Office-based or Hybrid

- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat
- Coordinate document submissions and requirements
- Schedule viewings and client meetings
- Excellent customer service skills required
